The property management team is very helpful. I’m a Real Estate Agent and working with a homeowner that wanted to sell their house. Seacoast Rentals had been the property manager for a few years. As a team, we helped the owners and tenants accomplish their goals. Thanks for helping! Best Wishes, James Hill NC Realtor

6 weeks ago, my air conditioner stopped working (of course on the hottest days of the year so far) I submitted a work order and Melissa was amazing about getting someone out to start the repairs quickly. I was scheduled to be induced that week and was so worried about bringing my newborn home to a hot house but she took care of everything and it was fixed by the time we got home. She updated me any time there was something new happening and made sure we were taken care of. She deserves a raise. Thanks Melissa! I also had my biannual inspection done recently and Rowan was my inspector. She was soo polite and mindful of my situation. Every rental company should have a Rowan and Melissa.

Everyone at Sea Coast Rentals has been great to work with. All maintenance requests were answered and completed in a very timely manner while renting the property! Very friendly folks, even through this rough time with this pandemic going on. We have recently bought the place we were renting from Sea Coast, and if we need to leave this area for any reason we will definitely be using Sea Coast as our rental agency to protect our investment. Thanks to all of you at Sea Coast and congratulations on a job well done.

We recently sold our home in Jacksonville, NC. Prior to selling our home we had Sea Coast as our Property management company. When we first decided to rent the home through them we thought things were going to be good since they got our home rented fast. Shortly after that communication started to go down hill. Things that were supposed to happen didn't happen. Management ended up changing and things started to get better but not where I wanted it. We almost decided to change management companies but around that time I started to deal with Chelsea. She explained to me how management recently changed and to try and allow her to to fix issues and see how her communication would be better. She was amazing and ultimately the reason we ended up staying with them. I'm glad we did. Recently Melissa took over for her and she has helped and been there every step of the way with the MANY issues we were having. I mainly only dealt with Melissa because of her patience and communication. At the very end I dealt with Rowan and she is just as amazing with communication and letting you know the steps for move outs. I would definitely recommend Sea Coast to anyone.

All rental companies are required to try to keep as much as the deposit as possible. That's why it is very important for the new tenant to take photos and document anything and everything including maintenance calls. And everyone should do their homework before dealing with a real estate company regardless who they are. It's not my place to criticize on one particular corporation when these are the rules and regulations in North Carolina. Just please do your homework first is all I can say
