I was there today around 3 pm to pick up my package. And I had my kids with me so my husband send me some pretty heavy boxes. And the blond lady immediately helped me with them boxes, even helped me to put them in my car cause alone I would of never made it. She went above and beyond! Thank you again.

Every time we have a item that needs a signature, they just put the "Sorry we missed you" slip in the box, they never even attempt to walk to the door, even if I was walking up to the vehicle they just threw the slip in the mailbox and drove off when I was trying to call their attention.

It seems they cant follow simple instructions of which house does the mail go. Then they end up losing your packages just because the driver missed deliver it in the wrong house.

United States postal service is useless there isn't even an office here at this place where you can Mail packages out maybe the government should just sit there and just let it shut down the next time they need a bailout
