The lady in shipping and receiving is one of the rudest person I have ever have to deal with, when I asked if they have called me, she said " she doesn't want to see my face until 3:30PM" and it was with attitude. And this will fall to the company training, what gave this person a reason that she can talk to anybody that way?

I checked in 2 hours ago went in to ask what the wait time might be until I can back into a dock and was told it will be another 2 hours. Plus how ever long it will take to get loaded.
