Unfortunately as much as I come here often to do my monthly shopping for my friends company spending amounts of money (which is not the point) but sad to say I will not be returning back to this location. Now I have to drive a couple more miles down due to one employee who completely spoiled me and my daughter monthly shopping spree ! So sad to say how one of there employees could lack so much customer service and lack of respect towards customers. Not only did he make me feel uncomfortable but he also made my 10 year old daughter feel uncomfortable. I wasn't going to expose his name because this is not something I ever do but I want shoppers to be aware of JOSH! He kept checking out my daughter as if he was undressing her with his eyes. Trying to ask her if she needed help (Remember she's 10) instead of him asking the grown up that's obviously with her (me) I asked him politely to back away from my daughter as he was trying to get closer. His demeanor just seems really weird to me and I don't know what his intentions were for him to look at a little girl like that from my view as a mother was disgusting I had no words to say other than leave my items and grab my daughter and leave Please be aware of this employee I know I should have spoken to a manager but the store was so busy. I do plan to call them and explain my side so that there aware of this individual. Please be aware of this employee!!!

This store is best for protecting customers and their employees. They use hand sanitizer to clean your hands before you walk into the store, and they only allow several customers there. Maybe about five or six? I felt comfortable and safe. Considering our health, it’s worth waiting for it. By the way, the employees are very nice.

During this pandemic, I try to do all my shopping online and avoid going to the stores. However Bath and Body works has some "in-store exclusive" deals that encourage people going to the actual stores when our city has over 9900 COVID cases per day. As expected, there was a long line (over 30 people) waiting outside the store because they limit 4 people inside the store at each time - which i think is acceptable as a safety measure. I waited there for about 45 minutes, and the ladies standing in front of me were constantly pulling off their masks and talking out loud. I informed Bath and Body Works staff about that and all she said was "I know. I am sorry" but did not remind the ladies to put back their masks. I did not feel safe waiting there anymore and decided to go home. You would think a big company like Bath and Body would at least take some responsibility to the public safety issue. However they did not, but instead encouraged people gathering outside their stores and made store pick-up service unavailable. I would suggest Bath and Body to have all their deals available both online and in-store, so people like me who are more aware of their safety could have a choice. If they do decide to have "in-store exclusive" deals, then they should make sure people both shopping inside and waiting outside their stores have their masks on the whole time.
