Complete waste of time. Drove 45 mon to get here to tell me they can't find the serial number then tried to sell me a battery that costs more then the vacuum is worth. Absolute waste of time. -- UPDATE: I had left this location very dissatisfied. The Manager of this location, Jeremy, however took it upon himself to research the issue, and to mail me a free battery, without my even knowing. To say the least I was pleasantly surprised when I received the battery. I'm truly impressed that he took the time to remedy the issue here and I will be back.

Walked in, the young man politely took my Animal into the back and came back out with my vacuum repaired and cleaned. This took no more than 5 minutes. Amazing.

Dyson Repair replaced the trigger on our animal - no charge ama the service was completed in about 5 minutes! Highly recommend the product and the service!
