They have roaches. Neighbors are filthy and don’t care about roaches. It was not told to you during the leasing process SO BEWARE keep looking elsewhere. The on-site exterminators actually made the pest issue WORSE! 🤦🏽♀️ When I expressed my concerns repeatedly to the office, the leasing manager doesn’t answer your calls, voicemails, or emails. The assistant leasing manager is extremely terrible at customer service and kept the same careless, nonchalant face repetitively saying “All you can do is pay your $1500 lease breaking fee.” And that price stays the same, it doesnt go down the more months you stay. So many more bad thngs to say but i don’t even feel like writing more about them, just keep looking elsewhere, their advertising is deceitful.

If I could give this place a zero I would by far the worst place ever!!!!! The hallways are gross they don’t ever clean you could barely find any parking the maintenance people let me tell you are the worst! EVERY TIME I ORDER A PACKAGE THEY CANT NEVER FIND IT. I ORDERED SOMETHING AND THEY TOLD ME MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVE 3 WEEKS LATER I WENT AGAIN AND IT WAS THERE! IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE WORST PLACE EVER I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL THIS WOMEN THAT WORKS THERE I DONT KNOW HER NAME LOOKED AT MY HUSBAND UP AND DOWN AND GAVE HIM A DIRTY LOOK DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL I HATE THIS PLACE

Very dirty. When I first moved in my dog found MULTIPLE nails in the carpet. Nails you put into walls…..there was junk all under the radiator. Getting ahold of mantience is hell. Management never keeps track of them so if your electricity goes out good luck! They might fix it that day or the next month. Trash everywhere. Dumpsters are disgusting. Litter everywhere. The doors to enter the apartment don’t lock so there’s always kids smoking in the hallways. They not only hotbox the hallways but also leave their trash up and down the stairs & hall. At some point there was a homeless man under the staircase downstairs…..don’t live here unless you want section 8 housing. Absolutely disgusting. Oh & when I finally moved out I found out someone was STABBED to death at the apartment. Domestic violence. Think twice before you decide to live here.

My apartment search in the beginning was very complicated, but when coming to riverstone I was met with this wonderful woman in the office named Charmaine she helped me get all the information i needed for my apartment that im in now. Her genuin spirit and very sweet personalitiy made me feel comfortable and was very detailed when it comes to deposit, regulations, parking and other important details. I would recommend riverstone apartments to friends and family.

WELL I WILL NOT MOVE IN NO BUILDING WHERE I HAVE 2 PAY 4 WATER IF DA PERSON OWNS THE BUILDING THAT'S THERE STUFF THEY PAY THEIR OWN WATER BILL WHICH ONLY COMES ONCE A YEAR SORRY I CAN PAY NO OTHER BILL'S THAT'S MAKING THE LANDLORD HAVE MORE MONEY AND LESS MONEY 4 ME NO WAY THAT'S WHY I LOVE THE CITY OF CHICAGO JUST TENT NO WATER BILL ORSEWER OR TRASH BILL YOU GUY'S CAN HAVE BOILINGBROOK

Its HUD subsidized. You have to make a minimum but not over a maximum. It varies per size of family/unit.
Youd have to do a change for the next lease, and if you break the lease they tax you the rest of the months on the lease. You also cant transfer the deposit.
