My Sephora home store! I can understand with recent events, staff have more of a “monitoring” presence - but this isn’t really comfortable when I’m shopping for makeup, approach needs to be refined as it cheapens the guest experience. The girls for the most part are lovely, I’ve never been 100% comfortable with makeup and cute things, and some of them just knock it out of the park and make me want to return/recommend a friend. The staff exceptions are the main issue. I don’t always want help but when I do, I don’t expect to deal with an attitude from a salesperson - over makeup. It makes you wonder why they even approached you; if you don’t feel like helping people, don’t engage people! If you don’t like working with makeup, don’t work at a cosmetics store. Periodt.

The greater at the door is very attentive and will get you help Fast. The floor personnel is very nice and patient. Recently I have been there 3 times and honestly the line does not merit the wait time. They either have to get new cashiers or a new system. Probably a new system to be honest with you. Today we waited about 30-45 minutes to pay… the line was almost at the middle of the store… only to be told their system was down and they were only taking gift cards and/or cash. :( ugh….

My husband & I went to Sephora in Cerritos Mall last Saturday evening during the mall rush and it was busy. I'm thankful for Ryann because she was really friendly and very resourceful. We got everything we needed in a timely manner and had a great experience.
