Edit: This place has turned around and has satisfactory service and always delicious frozen custard. Old review: I really want to like this place, but after four less than satisfactory visits to this location, it's hard. The frozen custard is good but the service is awful. They forget orders and have no customer service knowledge of how to resolve the situation. I've never seen any management there, only a few teenagers behind the counter, I'm glad they're giving teens jobs but they need some direction and help.
