I walked in with 2 broken fingers. One being with 3” bone deep laceration. Waited maybe 45 min. I was there for a total of SEVEN hours. It seems like they did one thing left for an hour came back, there another thing, left for another hour. The worst part was I could not get a clear instruction on how I should be caring for the wound at home. The take-home instructions were very vague and non-specific. I even called and I still did not get a straight answer. I won’t be going back here unless I absolutely have to

(edit: I did ask a nurse what he thought about the hospital's rating. He precedes to tell me that he doesn't care about reviews. So straight from the nurse Chris's mouth, they don't care about our opinions or their lackluster service) Great place. Five to six hour wait in waiting room (for "staff change" while they stand around and joke. COVID patients put in same waiting area!!!!! Then they want to argue over who knew the person had COVID. Meanwhile who do my family sue if I die from COVID for bringing my wife in on referral? This place need a full staffing work over, the building needs real maintenance and cleaning. Literally ER waiting room littered in trash, then this guy comes through with a BROOM and sweeps up the big trash. No sanitation. Sick people in and out. You should be ashamed

There is no reason people should be in the ED for over 4 hours much less 8! Why is this hospital consistently slower than the state and national average wait time? The front desk could give me NO information on my mother in the back (I literally had to call the ED FROM THE ED LOBBY to get any information). My son wasn’t allowed in the back because he’s under 12 so I had to leave my mother in the back alone (she’s just visiting so this is an unfamiliar place for her). We arrived shortly after 1800. It is now 0210 and they still haven’t discharged her yet despite everything checking out. It’s like they get paid by the freaking minute or something. Plus there are huge bugs in the lobby.

This hospital it the dirtiest hospital Iv ever been in. I arrived and needed a wheelchair because I was about to pass out and couldn’t stand very well. They checked me in then we had to wait a little while no big deal. After that they took me to get an Iv and antibiotics and nausea medicine. When I was in this little room they wanted me to sit in a chair that had the arm that comes down so they could give me the Iv. The arm of that chair had so much blood on it from the previous person/people I had to ask them to clean it. Then the person giving the Iv and taking blood put the little tray for the tubes next to me and guess what, there is someone else blood all over that little table too. Not to mention blood all over the floor. That is a huge health hazard and down right nasty. Why is everything not being cleaned after every single person!! After we get to a room they wanted a urine sample. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was someone’s urine all over the floor, the seat covers could not be used because someone decided to shred them all and throw them all over the floor. The staff literally was just walking by the bathroom looking and not doing anything about it. This hospital is a huge health hazard.
