The port helped me in more ways than I can list. They were my first experience in recovery and the best since. The receptionists were extremely helpful in guiding me through my introduction. From there, Nikki and Derek helped me by giving me a voice and making it comfortable for me to share my hardships. Doctor Williams had to be the most personable and caring doctor. They crew as a whole, made what seemed like a horrifying endeavor, much easier and comfortable for me. I’ll forever be grateful for what they did for me and my family. ANYONE who trashed this facility either wasn’t ready to do whatever it takes to get clean or didn’t know how to find common ground and let them help them.

After getting a few referral here and looking at the negative reviews. I decided to give call and make my husband an appointment here and see for overselves. Needless to say, all the negative reviews are right. If I could give zero stars I would. We went for intake and that's all we've accomplished for him, 3 months ago. No follow up, nothing, we've both reached out to his therapist numerous times with no return calls. You'd have better luck not getting hit buy a car sitting in the middle of Western Blvd at night in all dark clothes than going here. Save yourself alot more stress and hassle.

Although I like my therapist Latonya, it was my first time going for my first year’s intake and they did not instruct me to go an hour earlier than my appt. I get there at my scheduled time and they send me away. Disappointed to say the least because I was looking forward to meeting her for the first time. They rescheduled me for January. Going to decide if to go back at all. Issues in the past with scheduling and their staff is horrible.

So I called in to reschedule and the girl asked me for my name and put me on hold for like 10 min just to reschedule. I had to hang up and call back. If you want to deal with this place only deal with (ASHLEY) the therapist. OTHER THAN THAT YOU WILL WAIST YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND WHATEVER IT IS YOU ARE THERE FOR. doctor seems very nice but didnt get to have a one on one with her yet. This should be a place of healing not a place of frustration!
