I have had packages held, met drivers on the road, etc over the years to pick up packages for my business. The drivers and office folks here locally have always made me a priority when I've called on them. Thanks for your great work!

got a phone call from them saying they couldn't deliver my package on base because the some issue with the address. i've used the same address for amazon and usps and ups but all of sudden they have a issue which they didn't even clarify

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I’ve been waiting over a week for a package and their excuse is they can’t find the home. They can’t find the home but found it to attempt delivery last week. Unfortunately we weren’t there to sign for it so they left a letter saying they would deliver again next delivery date. They can’t find the home but they delivered a package from another company last Friday. I spoke to someone Friday stating it would be delivered Monday which was yesterday. Was it delivered? Nope. I called 3 times yesterday and last lady guaranteed did have it by today. Did it get delivered today? Nope but I’ve been told I’ll get it tomorrow which I know will not happen. I’ve asked to be called by a supervisor or someone from this store and they refuse to do so. My teenagers could do better than this.

We haven't had an issue with UPS - either overnight or standard shipping. JD - John - is our driver and is wonderful! In our neighborhood - Twin Oaks - most of us have livestock including horses, goats, chickens (free range) and dogs that JD takes the time to let them pass and not stir up dust and go slow as not to spook the animals. JD knows the dogs (and most of the livestocks - especially his buddy Merlin the goat) and the whole street sounds like the Dog Alert Network when he turns on the road. The only time we had an issue was when a shipment we received was damaged (it was put on his truck that way) and JD asked us to open the box and inspect our products. He told us how to file a report and it was very easy. Great service!!

From what I understand, they will reopen by next week, hopefully by Friday. Hope this helps, I also have things to ship.

You can pick up from 3-5pm at the customer counter, or if it’s past 5 just walk around the left side of the building, flag someone down and they’ll help you (:
Best way to be sure he is notified when the package has been delivered is to track the package yourself and notify him when it arrives. UPS has a GOOD phone application that makes this easy if you have a phone with application capability. If you do... download the app, fill in the form,enable notifications,and your phone will ding,ring,or chime when the package arrived .But you do need the tracking number of the package.
Yes and every Saturday till after Christmas is the current plan

Well imagine hundreds of people calling a shipping HUB (not even a ups store it’s a shipping hub) everyday? more then likely run by a handful of people moving and shipping your packages? Just not feasible.

Some next day UPS deliveries come on Monday unless you pay extra for weekend delivery.
Last time I was there, a couple in front of me was returning Direct TV equipment but they were not accepting it at the time. This was about 2 months ago.
