This place should burn to the ground......every time my package gets stuck in ponderay no drivers or trucks so I always have to pick it up in person it's 30 miles one way from me. At todays gas prices fed ex owes me hundreds of dollars for not delivering my packages. Adding more as another package is held hostage if fed ex was smart they would hold it for ransom.

Don't use FedEx if you live in Bonners Ferry unless you have no choice! They NEVER deliver on time and the information on their website means nothing - it's always wrong. Nothing but frustrating! Use UPS if you can - no problems with them!

I ordered a package Jan 27th. It arrived at the FedEx delivery center near me early February and still it hasn't been delivered. I called the company I ordered from and they referred me to FedEx. FedEx refers me back to the seller even though they have the package in hand. I went through 3 people and the last one disconnected. FedEx delivered another package today and rather than leaving it at the front door as they always do, they left it in a snow berm on the street. The box is soaked and contains a bag of feed pellet.

My package has been stuck at the Ponderay ID facility for the last 11 days. The help line is automated and I cannot get through to a real person. I’d be happy to drive the one hour to the location to pick up my package, however other locals are reporting that they are not releasing packages either.
