Worst delivery service out there, scheduled window means nothing to them. Can't even deliver on correct day and zero customer support.

There service is getting worse tracking info says its Tracy with a delivery date for yesterday and then you call customer service 45 min wait. But 5 stars goes to there saving grace is there driver who we love Richard Burnham he really takes care of us

Had an LTL shipment scheduled for pick up on October 22nd 2020 in northern CA to be delivered to northern CA (about 300 miles\THE SAME STATE). It is now October 29th and my tracking info hasn't been updated for a few days. I have called their local office multiple times in attempt to find my nearby shipment but their office keeps claiming that they cant contact the truck terminal multiple times a for 4 days running now. Frankly I find it pathetic that a shipping company (especially one of Reddaway's size and experience) can not properly communicate internally so that they are able to answer questions as simple as "Where is my shipment?" The shipment that they cant seem to find or give me any information on makes up about 40 percent of my companies revenue. I am essentially going broke so I am leaving this review hoping that Reddaway goes broke with me. I will never use reddaway again based off of this one horrible experience.

they always late on pick up, i can say (98%), either late or no show, or show up the next day, which is about 12 hours later, and they wont call to notify. like i had the pick up today (6/28/2016), call couple phone number, either not work or being on hold for more than 30 minutes, and the customer service told me the closing time was change!!! excuse me, does Reddaway the one to decide my business close time? how come i didnt know my close time being change to six from 4:30? do i need to call Reddaway everyday to ask for my close time? this is funny, and the most ridiculous is they still havent assign the pick up driver at 4:45, which my close time is 4:30, and being told have to wait till 6, this happened not long ago, and came out the driver didnt show up, should i wait till 6 with no guarantee? if you talked to the impatient customer service, she will asked you to reschedule for tomorrow, this should be minus star!!!
