Dad went there today to get a PCR Covid test. When checking in, he stated he was there for the PCR test which they confirmed, and he paid. They then proceeded to waste nearly half an hour asking him irrelevant questions, and when he went in for the test they said they didn't have any PCR tests available but instead would use an NAAT test, and that it was on par with the PCR tests. Very annoyed about the lack of clarity and unnecessary questioning. Wasted a lot of time for just a simple Covid test.

Very happy with the staff and the outcome. I got the most cost effective treatment. I don't have insurance and they treated me like a human being. That has not been my experience at other places. Highly recommend.

The facility was spotlessly clean, and conveniently located. But mostly I love that I walked in and was seen immediately! The staff was amazing - so kind and helpful, exactly what I needed when I wasn’t feeling well. I absolutely love the care I received from the PA on duty. His compassion and empathy meant the world to me that day. Everyone was so kind. I will definitely go there again, and recommend it! Thank you so much!
