This is a tremendous region to discover the whole thing you want for your baking and decorating. I took training with them a few years in the past at the Pico Rivera area and this one as well. I definitely like that I desire they would convey it back. But happily the team of workers is aware of what they’re speaking about and they constantly advise what I want to use and how to use it.

Kind of a lengthy power for me however really well worth it. I had no concept Whalen had so many sizes and colorations and shapes. I grabbed myself the Guittard and Merckens melting chocolate and pretzel sticks. Will submit when I attempt them and compare.

Where to start? Make sure to go with plenty of time. You’re going to need it to go thru the entire place. I was like a kid in a candy store. I had to walk every aisle and found a surprise everytime. Not only did I find what I needed but got so many creative ideas just from the variety they have to offer. Writing about my experiences at shops is not usual for me but seriously, baking is my thing and I just have to share. Also take plenty of $$$$. I can assure you’ll buy more than you planned hahahahaha. Like going Costco. Things are prices well. Caution to the weak. Hahaha This is my new go to shop. Loved it. Highly recommend it.

I live so close and had not been to this place. They had EVERYTHING I was looking for. Goin to save me so much drive time. The cashier was so friendly… I had questions about melting the chocolate. Life saver. I súper recommend!
