My niece bought a car from them and asked if it had remote starter, she was told it didn’t have one but to have it installed it would cost $500.00,for the year and make of car it was standard equipment, she didn’t agree to it and was going to have it installed elsewhere..... sales should take the second to look at what comes with each vehicle before trying to scam more money. Be aware and do your homework to knowledge yourself before buying a car from here

I went to Prime to purchase the car twice and both time they screwed up. They made me filled out the application to run my credit and taking my credit card for a deposit and later the sales manager email me and said the car had sold. They don't seem to care how much time you spent to look for car and time that you wasted at their dealer ship. This is my second time and will be my last time there with any Primes location. I am posting this to make people aware of what going on there. Hopefully this will help other people not to go there bc they going to screw you up as well. I have to go with 1 star bc there is no other option. I like to go with 0 but cant.

Very bad experience. Never choose this dealer if you have other option. I bought a certified car from them and they didn't gave me the documents. I ran behind them almost 6months to get some sort of documents. None of the people including managers responded properly when I approached them for the same. I have to go personally almost 8times and numerous phone calls and emails to make them respond after 6months. Short story: worst kind of after sale service I ever experienced in my life. Never go there or deal with them... their smile and talk last only upto you pay money.

Excellent experience. Great help from John providing all the info needed to purchase a car with little stress reaching a fair price. We had dinner our homework and they responded immediately with a fair offer. Very happy with the process and outcome.
