When I walked in (for the first time), I heard a voice from the back of the store say, "Put on a mask" in a grumpy tone. I noticed that a few staff members were helping customers back there. Nobody said hello/welcome. After 10 minutes of looking at glasses on my own (which I didn't mind since they were busy), I lowered my mask for a moment to see a pair with glasses without the mask on. Again I heard a grumpy voice say, "Pull up your mask." I left & won't be going back again.

I came in to have my glasses adjusted and they were very accommodating by letting me come in almost 30 minutes to closing, but my glasses were treated with little care. I was warned over the phone that they would not be reliable for any damages to it, but I didn't expect the sales person to handle my glasses in the way that they did. There were scratches on my glasses and the side of the lens was chipped slightly after the adjustment. Overall decent experience for an emergency situation but go somewhere better.

Both times I was greeted by a very very very rude front desk worker! The first time I thought he is having a bad day, whatever. However second time around same. I need to walk in a third time today and I am dreading it. Very disappointing as the doctor was wonderful.

I have gone on two occasions now where the man(not sure of name) was extremely rude. Just called this morning checking on my glasses order status and he said "well if you look at the receipt you should see it takes 10 days". Every time I have an encounter with him he is very angry and unprofessional. It's ashame because the rest of the staff is lovely. From what I see from the rest of these reviews. why is he still employed there? Please take your customers advice and let him go!!
