We deliver from 5 cu. yds. to 20 cu. yds. of premium quality topsoil, and the price, including delivery, depends on the distance from our closest operations yard (we have a few), as described on our website. While a full truckload is 20 cu yds., we do deliver smaller loads - we've delivered hundreds of loads of these lesser quantities. In many instances, our price for the smaller loads are lower than the local supply yards, since we supply a great many of them. We supply over a hundred landscapers, landscape supply yards, townships, as well as NYC Parks Dept. We also supply hundreds of homeowners with the same premium quality topsoil every year. Yes it is. This is natural topsoil enhanced with fully digested natural compost blended into it to yield a premium topsoil with a high organic content. Then we run the topsoil through a screener that takes out debris (pieces of tree roots, rocks, etc) that is naturally found in topsoil. The result is a premium topsoil that's easy to spread and ready for use on the finest lawns and for all landscape needs. Our topsoil promotes great root growth for lawns being seeded, under new sod, or for planting shrubs and trees.

years ago we graded and spread soil, but we haven't done that for quite a while. we worked for a major U.S. home builder for many years, and have rough and fine graded thousands of houses, but our equipment today is usually too large for most homeowner applications. lots of our customers ask this question, though, and we do know of several independent small contractors and excavators that are experienced at grading and/or spreading. they have their own equipment - properly sized for spreading soil on residences or small commercial jobs, and we give our customers their contact info when asked. we don't make any money or receive any profit or commission from these contractors - we just pass their information on to customers who ask for it and the customer makes his or her own arrangements.with them we stick to our business - selling top quality topsoil, fill dirt, and mulch

we don't have a set delivery charge to a specific town - our price is based on a formula that incorporates the distance from our closest operations yard to deliver a given quantity of soil. We're wholesalers, and we deliver 20-21 cu yd full tri-axle truckloads of topsoil for free within 15 miles of our yards (trucking in NJ is regulated by weight, not cu yds.) in monmouth and somerset counties. outside that free delivery area, we recover the cost of trucking the additional miles, but we also try to keep those costs low so as not to burden our customers with outlandish additional costs. we appreciate our customers, some of whom we've had for 25 years or more, and we don't nickel and dime them.
