Better then Lowes!

One of the worse customer service rep ever. I placed an order online and went to pick up said order. When I got to the store there were two very clear and distinct areas for returns and online pickups. The returns section had a line and the online pickups did not. Since I was picking up an order, naturally I followed and fell in line in front of where it said “online pickup”. After waiting a few minutes the customer service rep calls for the next customer over in the returns line looking over me so I gesture forward saying I’m here for a pickup to which she replies, “you need to go over there, I’m the only here and there’s only one line.” I reply, “Oh ok, I didn’t know that since it clearly says returns on one side of the counters and where I was standing clearly says online pickups. She replies, “I don’t care what it says.” It’s always amazing when the person working at customer service knows nothing about customer service. Great job Home Depot Marlboro.

There's never anyone around if you need to ask for help or items. The ones that are don't seem very helpful. Costumer service and checkout cashiers are fantastic, on the contrary!

I like this Home Depot. Most of the employees are helpful most of the times. I find what I need most for my house.
