I knew I wanted a pink Firmstrong Bella 3 speed cruiser for my daughter. It was hard to find because there was a bicycle shortage because of Covid, and dealers were marking up the bikes they sold much higher than suggested. Dan had the bike in stock and sold it to me at the suggested price which was very fair considering the high quality of the bike. After a short test ride he helped me load the bike in our car, and we were good to go. He even gave me a free wrench to remove the front wheel. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Nice guy. Great buying experience.

I've been going to Duke for almost 2 years for regular maintenance, he always takes care of me and his prices absolutely smash any larger bike store. Tried a couple other shops, and regretted it every time. Duke's is the only shop you need.

The guy know I gotten a black and gold bike but when I picked it there was my black and gold bike there but he said you ordered a black on black bike I was like are you sure cause it says on the paper black on gold idk what the guys problem but imma go today to talk to him about it I'm mad that I didn't get my black and gold 6ku fixxie if I don't get it I'm never buying parts or bikes there ever again and you shouldn't too
