Do never use FEDEX!!! On 8/11 my package supposed to be delivered, but until night, it's still pending. Then I called the customer service several times on 8/12 and 8/13. They open an investigation, at beginning they found it left at the facility station, but no body call me back. I called last time and they told me I can come to the station to pick up, but they are closing soon on that day, have to get back on Monday. Then I went out of town come back on 8/19. For some reason they updated it as delivered on 8/11. Obviously there are mice stealing customers package, but their customer service is only asking the customer to file a lost claim. They have no responsibility for their job. Worst service I have ever experienced.

This place is very prone to missing package. They don't allow inside the FedEx office and receipt wont be provided immediately when the package is dropped at their office. So, have to keep guessing about the delivery . I made several follow up about the missing package and they had no clue. Drop it at some other location where they give the receipt instantly

They fly up and down the street with the music blasting. They sometimes leave the package at the house, sometimes at the end of the street to be stolen. Hopefully Elon Musk buys them and terminates all of violators that have taken this groundbreaking company down the tubes.

It has been more than one week, they deliver my package to some random location. After more 50 calls to some one at fedex I decided to come here but its a whole new level of frustration here. There is no way to talk to anyone just few papers and a number which no one answers. It was a huge mistake ordering something which partners with fedex. They still not able to claim my packet and no response.

It depends on the route you're on a regular old Ground Round starts around 8 you leave the terminal between 8:30 and 9 you're done usually around 5 to 5:30 you're probably have 10 to 15 pickups and deliver somewhere in the neighborhood of 8290 stops a day. If you're on the home delivery side you work Tuesday through Saturday you leave the same time ground does but normally they don't have pickups you'll probably be done around 3 there you'll do anywhere from 100 to 150 stops a day. Ground and Home Delivery some days are just lighter than others some days are heavier than others. There's no exact time you get off it pretty much all matters how fast you can get your route done
