When tracked my shipment in their website the had written that they have come to my address and nocked the door in a specific time and no one answered! While I was at home that day the whole day, and no one had come! I had to go to the office and take my package to not be returned! I agree with other people who had the same experience, I believe the never go to the addresses to deliver the packages!

FedEx has been flat out lieing to me about being unable to deliver a package to my condo complex since the 9th. It is now the 15th. They keep claiming that they attempted delivery but they couldn't access the gate. Lie. I've confirmed the address. Gave them my gate code. Gave them my number. Even had the office agree to accept the package. Even took a picture of another FedEx truck in my apartment complex. Yet somehow FedEx can't figure out how to deliver a package over the course of an entire week. I've spoken to 4 "Escalation Managers" & 1 Local Delivery Manager. Also liars. As every one assured me they would do the job I paid them for, deliver a single package. Every one also assured me they would call me to follow up. A lie. Every time I call I'm told I have no case worker assigned & that they attempted delivery. Then it starts all over again. I just want my important package. I've wasted an entire week waiting at home for this package because I keep getting assured that a delivery will be made within the hour. FedEx do the one job that you have. I feel like I'm being gaslit by FedEx at this point. Just do your job.

Quick and easy service. Pretty cool to see how my box was getting shipped! Not much parking so be on the watch for that!

Dropped two packages in the drop box, one was delivered correctly and the other one stuck in “label created” status. No meaningful help from local tracer. Complained 3 days back but have not heard back. Lost my passport with this shipment. 3rd bad experience with this location. Earlier experiences - driver attempted delivery - I was waiting at home and there is not fedex slip, very dishonest culture. Two months back, my shipment was stuck “out for delivery” for 6days.
