Beware this place! I went in to print a document today and the lady manager is incompetent and rude. I asked her for 32lb thickness paper to print. She was rude and she gave me 20lb thickness paper and told it is the 32lb thickness paper. Despite, mentioning to her multiple times that I need 32lb paper she ignored. Three days ago from the same store I got 32lb thickness paper to print, but it was a different staff member who helped me. They take customers for granted. Beware of the place and it is a scam!!

Service has definitely improved in the last few years, possibly due to some new staff members or change in management. I have been coming to this store for almost 13 years.

This fed ex office has everything you for various office and shipping needs. It's big, spacious and the employees are very helpful. There can be a line for things like shopping but it was not busy last time I went. I used their color printing services before and the results looked great. When I bring in something to ship the employees were happy to box and tape it up for me.

Don’t ship with these guys I had a terrible experience with them. I shipped an iPhone in the following day I had to cancel the shipping due to something urgent I had to Waite more than 2 weeks to get the item and guess what the item came back damaged so what I did I claimed the damaged package and waited another 2 weeks for the decision and sent me a check that equals half amount of what’s its worth Then I called them they said when you shipped the item you didn’t declare it !!!!!!!! I was asked about how much is the item worth and told the employee the exact amount but looks like she didn’t declare it and I lost my money for no reason😔😔😔😔it messes up I don’t recommend this service at all and I’m very disappointed.
