I had to arrange a CT scan with contrast for my mother at AADI located at the Sajak Pavillion AAMC. Originally this was scheduled for a Saturday morning. I received a call from Monique, the front desk representative, telling me they had not received the bloodwork from the PCP and would have to reschedule. Monique was incredibly professional and friendly. She worked with me to reschedule the appointment and she ensured me that she would contact the PCP’s office to have the bloodwork sent over. When I took my mother to the rescheduled appointment Monique was there to greet her and to her surprise she remembered her. I know that first impressions are lasting ones and I just want to say that Monique is the perfect person to represent your company. Thank you again for making this such a positive experience.
