Really an unprofessional establishment in more ways than just one. The owners husband is genuinely so conceited, just full of himself and feels the need to only talk about him and his other 85 occupations he’s done is his time of working any time he opens his mouth. He also will sit and speak ill on every single other beauty school in spokane and ask questions about them just so he can try to talk more dirt and diminish reputations. The staff (teachers) will literally say “if you have an issue with ——— they will not be accepted to this school” like what are we ?? 12? It’s such a highschool mentality, it’s absurd. Staff will also openly speak to and in front of other students about other students business and it ranges anywhere between why you are not there that day, to telling students about your health status, financial status with debts and dues, and more.

Melanie did my nails. She did an awesome job!!

I hate leaving poor reviews, but this was unacceptable. The manicurist was nice, but I sat for 3 hours on an uncomfortable metal chair just to get these. I understand this is a beauty school, but she made me bleed pretty bad and got a little rough at times. I had somewhere to be and my ride expressed that to an instructor. She made another manicurist start painting my nails as well and they both really rushed the job. Then the instructor was complaining to me that my ride was complaining about the wait. My thumbnails are digging into my skin. The acrylic is way too thick and uneven. I broke down and starting crying because I felt I recieved a poor service and treatment from others. I wasted my time and money. Don't waste yours.

Attended this school for the esthetic program and was disappointed with the organization skills, staff, supplies, bathrooms and teaching abilities. The things they promise in the beginning are nothing like the end result. Product and supplies were never consistent. The parking was full at 8:20 am when school doesn’t start until 9 am. The rooms were crammed full of students with no room to even do book work. The bathrooms were rarely cleaned. The teachers were full of attitude. Students taught other students. They offer doughnuts to new students if they give them a 5 star review before they can decide for themselves. For the price of the program, none of these things should have happened. Overall, i got what i needed to pass the state board, but i would not recommend this school to anyone.
