Papa John's Pizza

Usually I have no problem with this Papa John's except today I ordered at 11:30 was given a estimated time of 34-45 minutes. 45 minutes came and went then the tracker said "we are delayed, driver is dropping off another order" I live 3.6 miles from restaurant, I watched the tracker and the driver was going to harrison and it said delayed 19-26 minutes. My question is why didn't the driver drop off the order that was closer? We had to go back to work so i canceled the order, we only get a hour for lunch and I ordered it 30 minutes before we took lunch. So needless to say we had to go back to work hungry.

This location needs to be shut down. The time for delivery is always insane. There is always something wrong with the pizza. Considering the price you pay for their pizza, you should get better service. I will drive to get my pizza next time to the other end of 58 to Pizza Hut. I wished there was a Pizza Hut closer. Will not be ordering from papa John’s anymore. I am done!!!

Where's the cheese ? I even ordered extra cheese. 2 pieces didn't even have cheese.

Awful place to get papa John’s from. Ordered two pizzas and they got the order wrong- one only had black olives. Which would have been “ok” but when we called the manager to explained he said very rudely that he could do nothing because we explained the issues to him wrong? I told him I would personally deliver the pizza to him or send him a picture but it didn’t matter to him he wouldn’t do anything. I would be ashamed to have a manager like that with that poor customer service. 0/5 stars. Enjoy the picture of just olives and the small banana pepper Mr. Manager.
