The staff is great, my experience with them was A+, it was my pizzas that was not great, it had barely any cheese, when I removed the pepperoni, it was nothing but bread, no sauce at all and I asked for light sauce, not no sauce, even the super supreme barely had cheese and the crust on both pizzas were hard and dry.

The service was great. The pizza arrived cold. My daddy always said "if you can eat pizza cold, you like pizza." I ate the pizza cold.

Always loved pizza hut. The customer service , especially by the female general manager was lacking respect. My driver previous day I ordered didn't leave a receipt. I needed one for my company as I'm traveling for work. I was told by a team member named Brandi she would get a receipt to me and leave at the front desk of the hotel. No receipt came. Called the location two days after to follow up. Greeted by this general manager who was as helpful as a snail. Told me I was in the wrong and said that I " yelled" at her . I never raised my voice once. Not once. She continued to say it's not her problem and would " Brandi" bring a receipt. You guessed it, no one brought a receipt. The lack of respectful leadership lis truly disgusting and I advise everyone to not order from this location. Ever! This g.m is not fit to be in charge of anything and needs to be educated how customer service works.

I typically am highly satisfied as I order here often. Some how my order was not transmitted correctly. I ordered a 3 topping (bacon sausage and pep), but ended up with cheese. I called the store and they immediately agreed to correct the issue.
