OnPoint COVID Testing

I scheduled the test last month on June 3rd 8:15am. No one was in the station. I waited until 9am. Many other customers had come and left. Judged by other people's comments, this is not an accident. There's a serious issue with this company. Refund was not easy and I haven't even received it 1 month after. Think twice before you have an appointment here.

Zero stars, actually. For zero service. Yes, that’s correct. OnPoint COVID testing in San Bruno was actually closed today, though they were supposed to be open. They made us book and pay online - myself and many travelers who showed up today for their appointments. The place was closed and empty. We stood outside sharing tips about where to go next - all of us are flying out of the country and desperately need these tests done. I’m looking forward to seeing if “OnPoint” testing plans to make up for this. There should hopefully be a pretty serious penalty.

Scheduled a rapid antigen test for international travel. Hardly any line, which was nice. Never received the results to this day. Over five hours later, on my layover, I had to scramble to schedule and pay for another covid test at the airport. Multiple calls, emails and chats have gone unanswered. Filing a credit card fraud claim soon. This place seems to be a scam. Avoid.

They decided to delete my review because I called this place a SCAM! Made an appointment for 8:00 am, but waited until 9:30 am then finally left because NOONE CAME!
