San Bruno City Park might be the place you were looking for. The kids definitely loving it, and for me it is nice enough and where I can enjoy different activities.

Great multi location park with plenty of space to play on equipment or in the grass. Picnic tables are available or bring a blanket for a picnic. Bathrooms are open so no need to leave the area.

This park has two play structures close together. One for younger kids and another for the older ones. A smaller play structure lies farther down the path near the baseball fields. Lots of picnic areas for parties. There is also another park, Junipero Serra park that is a short hike away. Overall enjoyed the park a lot.

One of our favorite park to hang out. Kids love it. More parking space.Not too crowded. I also like the picnic area,very spacious.

The basketball court or gym is open at night too ! Not sure what it costs or if it's free ! 😉
