We do not have motel or hotel vouchers. You can try MCREST.
Yes, most of the homeless people we know want to live in their own home or apartment. We help them find a nice place of their own.
We have volunteers from the churches which host the homeless. But we do have a group of volunteers for fundraisers, office help and other needs that allow us to continue sheltering the homeless. If that would interest you, we will be glad to meet with you and keep you on our "Volunteer Group." We then send e-mails when needs arise and if you are free, you would be welcome to join us. That depends on the type of clothes. We can use adult clothes only, of new or lightly used warm coats, new thermal underwear and packaged socks and new work or snow boots. Thank you for your question!

No we do not, but a number of local charities do collect a "limited" number of personal care items. \ Check online or call some charities.
I am homeless I could use any donations I have 3 children we can’t find any shelter
They accept anybody from Macomb County but they're only open for the shelter in the winter time to get in the winter warming Center you have to be mobile as well to be able to take care of yourself no Walkers or wheelchairs
Everyone is welcome at the warming center as long as they follow the rules and get there before doors close. Transportation is not provided.
