Went to the San Mateo location a few months back. Had a great experience there! They helped me out FREE OF CHARGE on a minor problem with my film camera. We couldn't fix the problem, but they helped me out identifying it. Have bought film here, and gotten some pictures developed. Both great experiences from the helpful staff. So happy to hear that there's a new location in San Bruno, much closer to me!

We do not do repairs in store. We send them out to repair stations. We could send to Nikon for you or you could send to Nikon yourself direct. See Nikon USA on the internet and look under under support, repairs for address. A drop will not be covered under warrantee so you could also check with CAMERA REPAIR AND AUDIO SERVICE on S. Bascom in San Jose - a independent repair that could repair your lens. Warren
Sherry, We do not do repairs ourselves. We send them out. Nikon no longer works on the D80. We have 2 D80's out for repair at the present time. The repair estimates came back for one $240.00 and the other $275.00. You may want to check with some reputable used sellers on the internet for D80's if you like that model. Ones in good condition seem to be selling for around $120 to $150. Tey KEH.com or Robertscamera.com used dept or Nationalcamera.com. Or possibly look at newer models. Thanks, Warren
