Textbook "you get what you pay for." Room smelled funky. Bed was uncomfortable. The shower is designed to make the bathroom floor a slip n slide. Staff were pleasant but unequipped to help with anything other than check in/out. Also the "free airport shuttle" needs to be booked in advance. Wish they'd told us that when we asked about the shuttle... in advance. I look forward to never staying here again.

Mildew stained bath. Blood stained towel. Musty and old cigarette smoke smell. The refrigerator had standing The tub doesn't drain well. water. Not a nice neighborhood with a hotel across the street closed. Restaurants nearby was only a good thing. Breakfast hmmm.. looks like the people that work there live there. Would not recommend.

Just what we expected for a stay before an early morning flight. Front desk Angelica(?) was very friendly despite work another double shift at the front desk. I feel for the overworked travel industry. Good pillows, bed and shower ok. Felt safe. Quiet.

My mom drove me from Cincinnati, Ohio to Cleveland, Ohio.. the flights in Cleveland were cheaper. I booked here because I was traveling with three young children and breakfast was served here. online it says it had a airport shuttle to transport us from the hotel to the airport. My mom booked a room also in hopes to hit the road back to Cincinnati early. We arrived at 8pm and was told the shuttle wasn’t available due to no driver since Covid. My mom saw online it said no deposit was needed unless staying longer than one night.. she still asked for a deposit for both rooms. So clearly it was a lot of misinformation online. Always call to double check before booking. I was ready to lay down. We get to the room and no key was needed, the door was propped open with the lock, so I walked in and double checked the room for any strangers or strange things before letting my kids enter. At first glance the room looks pretty clean. There was no toilet paper, the tub didn’t look too sanitary and the toilet didn’t either. I used my hand sanitizer to clean it. I just want to sleep and get home the next day .. the room may have not been finished by housekeeping. The beds were made and sheets looked clean.. I slept okay.. breakfast was delicious.. we took an Uber to the airport. Room and breakfast served it’s purpose.. don’t look for luxury here..
