Before and during COVID, I began shopping at Albertsons because it was close to home. I continue to shop for groceries there not only for the location, but because the store is clean, personnel are friendly and the selection is good. The store is smaller but is always well stocked.

Albertson's ~ What a joke. The first thing I had to do in the store was to find a shopping cart that didn't have someone else's trash in it. When I went to get a salad kit bag, you would think that the stocker who saw me trying to reach for a product would move out of the way while I attempted to reach over his cluster of a mess to pick out my selected item. Instead, I had to physically move his 4' long cart out of the way so I could get to the salad mixes. The same thing over by the chip aisle. You would think the stocker would move the boxes out of the way so customers would have access to the aisle. I felt like dragging the boxes around the store with my cart. Finally, the cashier could have said "hello" or "thank you" after my transaction was completed. Seems as if all of these people evidently hate their jobs and they let it show through the way way they treat customers.
