My daughter and all her friends love this place. It's clean, has plenty of fun features for the kids to play on/with, and the price is totally reasonable. The ONLY reason I gave it four stars is because I don't think the check in process is practical or effective. We went on a mellow afternoon, and to check in you wait in line at the front desk. They have a normal line, and then they have a VIP-type line for members who have the jump pass. I'm fine with that, it's nice to have that perk if you're a member. However, with only 2-3 people working the front desk, members kept coming and all of the employees kept taking them instead of one dedicated employee for that line. With only one group in front of us in the normal line, we ended up waiting ~30 minutes, which is frustrating if you have some kiddos who are excited to start jumping. I can't even imagine what the wait would be on an actual busy day.

My kids love this place and it is mostly great. So many different areas and games/structures to play on. What I can’t stand is the amount of time it takes to get checked in/pay. We have been here a handful of times and it always takes 10-15 minutes of waiting in line. I know it’s probably from people who haven’t signed their waiver beforehand but there has to be a better way to get the line moving at a decent pace.

Kids loved it (5 & 6 years old), but I do not plan on giving my business here anytime soon. They have issues with capacity max, as other reviewers mentioned. Today there was a camp here with 50+ kids, and it was just extra rowdy with so many older kids that were excited to go on a field trip. I would have appreciated knowing there would be a camp here. It was so overwhelming to have that many kids plus all the non-camp kids. You Must have DEFY grip socks; which the employee that checked us in said our grip socks were fine. It was when we entered the play area that we were not allowed in until we switched our socks. 100% I prefer Big Air trampoline park over Defy. Also, we purchased tickets & signed the waiver ahead of time. We still had to wait behind people that were not “online purchasers”. This is terrible organization. Make a line for online ticket check in. The line moved EXTREMELY SLOW, taking nearly 20 mins.

Been here a few times with my kids ages 3, 5 and 10. They all have a great time every time. If your coming with little ones it’s better earlier when it’s not as busy with bigger kids. They have great party packs for bday parties where all the kids get an additional free hour another day 🙌🏽

Hi, Olivia. For 7-years-old and up: Monday-Friday it is $17 for an hour, $22 for 1.5 hours and $27 for 2 hours. Saturday/Sunday it's $17 for one hour, $25 for 1.5 and $34 for 2 hours. Let me know if you need anything else!

I don't believe there is a minimum age, but I would say it's geared toward the 7 and up crowd. They do have a kid jump for 6 and under only in the mornings most days. When it's busy in thr aftenoons and weekends it can be overwhelming for the little ones.
