Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown

I was looking for a weekend getaway and didn't want to go far, I ended up booking here and exploring downtown for the night. Very reasonably priced compared to the other hotels in the neighborhood, room was clean and stocked with proper amenities although I would have liked some shampoos provided for the shower. Receptionist was very nice, very personable, and made us feel welcome. Room is updated and modern, entertainment in the room is spot on (you have the choice to purchase movies, look at live TV and various other features) and like on every trip, I inspected the Keurig machine in the room. Most hotels don't clean them very well, I was shocked to find the one in my room spotless! This was my first trip I felt comfortable using the machine, this earned instant brownie points with me. Gym and lounge are nice, beautiful courtyard to relax and sit by the fire. I would book again!

Pretty nice room, one elevator was down the entire time (not so sure they ever get it fixed based off other reviews). Stayed for a conference at the convention center & liked that it was about half a mile away. Some good restaurants in easy walking distance but check the hours, most seem to be closed by 10 pm if it isn't a bar. Valet seems to be the only way to park.

Check in was quick, the staff was very friendly. My room was spacious & cute, the bed was very comfortable, the TV was huge. The hotel was very noisy, the mechanicals & the guests. I feel that it was a bit overpriced but it is so close to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. Renovations are pretty nice but messy, paint splashed onto floors. Cleaning needs improved, there was an eyelash strip on one of my bedside tables.

Really great staff and location. The walls are really thin and unfortunately on the second night there was a party happening all night until early morning that disrupted my wife and toddlers sleep. If the walls were more sound proof and we had some fresh towels and trash pickup I would say 5.
