Charge for parking but they do have a shuttle service that took us to "little Italy" of Cleveland. Shutters driver was wonderful. Needed some ibuprofen so he took us to drugstore on the way back to the hotel. Good location for us. Hotel undergoing remodeling . Desk person was helpful

My mother booked a room at this location as she is a living kidney donor at Cleveland Clinic. We received such excellent, helpful, friendly service from Tyler (sp?) to cancel/reschedule when we realized we'd booked the incorrect location and made sure we understood details about the shuttle service to the Clinic.

The service was superb and I would give more stars than 5 if I could. After an entire day of traveling, delays on all 3 legs of my trip, arriving to the hotel around 3 am, I was greeted by a wonderful man who quickly got me checked in. I only had about 2 1/2 hours to sleep and the room was clean and inviting and I zonked out in minutes. I felt comfortable on entry. Then I left to go to the Cleveland Clinic with a ride over there by the happiest, nicest man. I WILL definitely stay there again!

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs, which was an initial visit for my child to Case Western Reserve University right across the street where we had to start. The people at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful (one of my room key cards did not work, and they made a new one. That one didn't work so they made another one and sent a maintenance person up with me to ensure the lock was working properly). The only thing I didn't particularly like was the fact that our dinner was prepares by the bar person with a little space oven and not in the kitchen. The food was just ok. The room we had, except for the initial problem with the key card, was very clean and fit our needs wonderfully.
