Shipping was exceedingly slow do to external issues, with scheduled dates only changing a month or so during process. Otherwise good experience and they are responsive to questions and requests for updates.

I cannot be happier with the customer service at Sofa Creations. My wife and I popped in on a random Sunday afternoon with a ton of questions and requests to find the right sofa for our small apartment. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and we left feeling a lot more confident about our decision. We slept on it for a couple weeks and when we were ready to move forward with our purchase, it was INCREDIBLY easy to do over the phone. Shipping rates outside of the Bay Area are also extremely affordable too! Sofa Creations made a major purchase a breeze, and I recommend them to everyone looking to spruce up their living room!
