Tracy is a highly involved and compassionate realtor. Her commitment to ensuring everyone is on the same page, open honesty, and insight is truly remarkable. It's been a great pleasure to be able to work with her and be part of her thinking process along the way. Her self-awareness and drive to build long lasting relationships is incredible and something I deep appreciate. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Tracy is a fabulous Realtor with a deep, nuanced understanding of the Bay Area real estate market and a singular commitment to her clients’ success at every stage of a transaction. I’ve known and worked with Tracy and her colleagues for several years now and would not hesitate recommending her and her team to anyone–buyers and sellers alike–looking for the best of the best in guidance and professionalism in real property matters.

Tracy was such a pleasure to work. She kept us organized and provided us with a lot of helpful tips that gave us a good idea on how we wanted to approach our house buying experience. She took the time to get to know us and clearly communicated the approach she typically takes. She was always available to address any questions or concerns we had and really made us feel valued. She was very upfront with the different options we had and how they fit within our budget. We greatly appreciated the feedback she provided with each property we viewed and she displayed great negotiating skills with each of the bids that we submitted. She kept us updated throughout the bidding process and displayed great working relationships with other realtors, which was key in us landing the house we wanted. Thanks to the hard work, effective communication, tough negotiating and general positive outlook on the whole process for us, Tracy managed to make what felt impossible for us for so long, possible. We can't thank her and her team enough for taking the time to work with us. We highly recommend Tracy Hsieh if anyone is looking for a great realtor.

As first time home buyers, Tracy was instrumental in walking me and my wife through the ins and outs of buying a home. She toured houses with us, pointing out pros and cons of each house, and was able to give us great advice in writing our offer. Thanks to her, we were able to get our house on our first offer! Throughout both the offer and escrow process, she was responsive and detailed in her communications. She is a great negotiator, and helped make the overall process seamless and efficient. I highly recommend Tracy!

The goal is to make your home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers, before photos of your home are taken. Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. You can do it yourself, have your real estate agent guide you, or hire a staging company.

If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.

Sharing particular information when connecting with a real estate agent can help give you an idea of your home’s value in today’s market. The in-person expertise of a real estate agent will give you a more accurate opinion of your home’s value.
