I went there this morning. Stuff were really nice to me. I had some prints to make. They didn't even charge me! Staples highly recommended.

Every time, that I go to staples in Novato, I always get good service. Some times I have to wait for an employee to complete a transaction with another customer, but I don't mind. The reason is because I know, that when I am nice to them, then I always get good service. If I don't know how to use their machines, they always help me to get what I need. Thanks for always being so kind and professional to me.

Staples Novato has saved my bacon a number of times. They always have the last minute tradeshow supplies I need. Esp. the printing services. Banners made in two days, brochures, other hand outs. Also, their shipping service is handy for both UPS and USPS. Janette and the Printing Services team are really nice and try to help you. Thanks Staples for being there.

Hard to believe. BEWARE TECHNOLOGICAL RIP OFF!!!! I came to print three black and white copies from my flash drive. Nice helpful lady took me to the automated machine, insert my debit card, put in my flash drive, three copies print, charge 36 cents. Love it. It was easy. Today coincidentally I check my charge card statement. TWO charges. One for 36 cents, and one for a Dollar! I printed a TOTAL of three black and white copies from my flash drive. Here's the scam. Somewhere the easy to use automated machine charges you an extra dollar. Is it worth getting my bank to investigate? This is a total, set up rip off. DO NOT USE THEIR AUTOMATED copy machine!!
