I'm a resident here and have been for 7 mths. The owner is friendly yet professional . The apts r cozy and the neighborhood is quiet and safe which was one of my most important concerns. There is no leeway on late rent so make sure you can pay every week.

Food was good and so was the desert. Friendly staff and fast service. Very nice atmosphere also. I would recommend this to all my friends.
