Not an answer, but a question @ Heather B. Looking for "longer term" rental, untill I get my contractual projects completed and some local CEU's completed. They look very cozy and about all I would need while taking care of things. Affordability is my primary question. Since you were / are a long term renter, how are the monthly rates?
