Very disappointed. I ordered a southwest chicken salad with extra chili lime pepitas to pick up. When I arrived home, I discovered there were NONE. I tried calling the Novato location several minutes ago (twice). It rang and rang. No one answered. #customerservicefail

We tried them last week. Long line. And they got your orders wrong. We had these buns with one piece of extremely overcooked and dry chicken breasts inside, nothing else. We found out after we got home. Terrible lunch.

First visit to this location and was surprised to find no indoor dining. Was told it was due to a lack of staff. Spicy deluxe sandwich and fries was great 👍 Vanilla iced coffee ☕😋

Never did I think I could be "blown away" by a fast food chain but I'm glad I made a point of seeing what all the hype was about whilst on my trip. I'll say this - THEY AIN'T LYIN'!! Hands down the best chicken burger I've ever had in my life. Fresh, juicy tenders. Delicious strawberry milkshake with real strawberry in it...omg, I can't wait to go back again. The service was excellent too. Thank you! 🤗
