This a horrible company to work for. They will rob you if you allow it. Not only did they not abide by the California over time labor laws, they will pinch little bits of money of every check you get. You can never reach anyone specific, only thing that will say is we will relay your concern to the team. You never get names. They will reject your time sheets to prolong your deposits As much as they can. They aim to be fraudulent. I've been a nurse 13 years and this company by far is the worst ive ever experienced been a nurse 13

Great way to help others within your own comfort level & skillset. Hours can be flexible with your schedule. Some care coordinators are more responsive than others which can be frustrating. Overall I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to serve others this way!

I have worked with CareLinx for a year and Half. I love my job and my clients. But here lately I have been having a hard time getting my timesheet approved and when I call the care advisor I get no response. I don't work for free. I'm very upset

So I am supposedly employed by the customer because CareLinx is a referral site and not your employer which can get them out in a lot of trouble if you are going to file a complaint. So the customer pays CareLinx to pay us which CareLinx use another third party to pay us workers so there I got confused. They did not aware me that they are using a third party company to pay me or they did not aware me that the customer pays a third party company to pay me. It is now March 29 and I have contacted the employer which is the customer a couple of times and no response. Then I call CareLinx and they refer to a 3rd party source then this third party source suggested to talk to the manager of CareLinx . When I ask for the manager they said they’ll call another time. I feel like a ball in a circus being juggled left and right who to blame for my late tax information. If you have Human Resources complaints you are not able to complain directly to CareLinx bc u are hired by the customer or patients family but then when you ask the patients family they had no idea that they are the ones to handle hr concerns. I’m not even sure if they properly discuss it with the family. Communication lacks here. Also by the way there is no stability here.
