Dom absolutely rocks! My partner & I went in to get a pair of trail runners. Dom did all the diagnostics on our side, arch, stride, etc. abs brought out a bunch of options. He went through different inserts paired with each of the different options abs explained everything to us as he went. He listened carefully to our feedback and adjusted accordingly. I have honestly never had my feet in a better fitting shoe. They are my all time favorite shoes in 30+ years. We were both so happy with the trail runners and Dom’s service that we tried some regular trainers. We went through tons of options for those as well abs actually needed up both getting two pairs each lol. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this store and especially Dom. Thanks so much. We will be back soon!

I'm not a runner but went here on a recommendation. Looking for more a soft walking shoe for long distance hikes around town, as opposed to my hiking boots for trails wanted something lighter (I'm a extra wide so it's typically difficult to find shoes). Staff very helpful, took time to ensure proper measurement and fit, then fitted me with three options. Liked them all, picked the one not typical of my style but they fit well in heal with plenty of toe room. Not sure they'll work until I'm on a long walk but they do have a 30 day exchange/return. Even if they don't work out, I'd still rate the store experience five star.

It starts with making sure that everyone who enters the shop has a face covering on the entire time. We give everyone entering some hand sanitizer. Fits are currently limited to 30 minutes in length to manage exposure. We're requiring guests to purchase a brand new pair of socks or use one of our freshly cleaned try-on socks, but no socks from outside are going in our shoes currently. We've also got limited capacity in the shops currently; one team member will only work with one guest/one family at a time. This limited capacity allows for social distancing at all times. Otherwise, business as usual...come on in for your next pair of shoes and we'll take care of you!
