I mailed a very important document to Sacramento on 7/29 but it was mis-sent to Hawaii!!! Now it's delayed and needs to be sent back to the Cupertino post office. Cupertino Post Office - what will you be doing to regain customer trust? Why are staff mis sending mail? What if your staff mis-sends mail again? So disappointed with our postal system and will switch to your competitor until trust is restored.

I went to the Post Office 1 hour before they closed. The supplies in the lobby were empty so I entered the checkout area. Immediately upon entering, the desk clerk began YELLING that they were closed, because they were too busy a d not helpi g anymore customers.. He was so rude! Wow! I left and went to the Santa Clara Post Office and had a completely different experience. The supplies were fully stocked and the staff was both courteous and efficient. CUPERTINO POST OFFICE IS A JOKE!!!

We went for passport renewal for my kid. Easiest appointment ever! We were in and out in ten minutes with no wait time. I’m pleasantly surprised by how easy it all was. Protip from the passport person about getting appointments: if you need an appointment quicker, check the night before and you might get one!

What a mess. I've never had any problems with the mailmen but the desk agents here are abysmal. Walking in and people were throwing insults around. One gentlemen would just tell people "no you aren't" if they even got the slightest thing wrong and told them they were there to mail something. I went because I checked my mailbox last night and found just a slip saying mailbox was full.... the mailbox was empty. The guy that helped me tried to scold me saying I should check my mailbox daily..... is that not what I am doing? How am I going to get scolded for not checking my mailbox daily when I am literally in the next open hours to you know get the mail that they refused to deliver yesterday.
