Staying since last five months, so far very good.

Generally pretty happy with the place. The groundskeepers are really great, and have fixed issues quickly, effectively, and considerately. They also do a great job with all the plants and trees in the community. We have two kids attending Collins, and there are many other kids in the community attending the same school. It makes for a good community, and nearby friends. They just replaced the mail boxes, which were pretty annoying before (damaged packages, etc). I haven't had any problems with the new ones. It there's one thing I'd like to see improved, it would be to replace the outdoor "gym". It takes up a lot of space, and I've never seen anyone use it. Even if it was just replaced with grass, it would be an improvement.

My family and I have lived in a 3b w/ 1.5 bath at The Pointe over 2 years. So far, we quite enjoyed living here. Shout out to the manager Mr. David Jenkins, who is always responsive and would like to help. My family and I do really appreciate what he has helped/done for us. The Pointe is a nice community and really easy to commute. It is a good choice for people who working around bay area with children.

Unsafe and poorly kept place. Money sucking management. Current property manager ' Evangelos' has the audacity to lie on your face. Disingenuous.
