My daughter recently moved in the process was fast, building itself is amazing the price is little too high if they just lower the prices it'll be the best place to live & will be able to recommened many coworkers from apple and google

Nineteen800 has made living in a new area in the middle of a pandemic feel better than what I would have thought possible. The community is friendly and the amenities are nice but I can't stress enough that the biggest wow factor is the people. Whether they work or live here everyone is amazing and caring. I do like not having to drive much thanks to the local food market/Japanese grocery store/target. Many things close by enough that you can walk to them. You he courtyard is pretty great too. Aces all around really.

Yes, we do have elevators and residents are given fob key/garage remotes for access!

Thank you for reaching out, monthly utility costs range from unit to unit based on the resident's usage at Nineteen800.The utilities which are additional to the monthly rent are: WATER + GAS – both are metered and based off monthly usage GARBAGE/SEWER – evenly distributed throughout the building The only additional utility costs would be: Electrical – each resident has a separate account with PG&E Cable/Web – most residents typically choose between AT&T and XFINITYIf you would like more information please reach out to our leasing team or check out our website, thank you!

No, utilities are not included with the cost of the rental! Residents will set up their utilities.

Are we allowed to have a BBQ grill on our patio or balcony?

California fire code prohibits the use of most grills on apartment patios and balconies; however, our community does have several BBQ grills for residents to use in our courtyard for residents to use!

No, we do not have additional / rentable storage space, however all of our apartments have generous closet space.
