Called them about appealing my denial. Explained my condition and she said I qualify. Spent 2 hours giving ALL my info, then at the end she asked me for my date of birth. She found out I was 44 and said they don’t represent anyone under 50. I questioned that ridiculous fact, so she said she will consult with a “manger” and get back to me. Guess what? She never did. Apparently if you’re not 50 or older, then you’re not susceptible to illnesses and disabilities.

Just depends on how much documentation you already have from your doctors supporting your disability claim. It took mine about 1 1/2 years.

Most all attorneys work on a contingency fee meaning if you don't win they don't get paid. Please don't quote me but MOST disability/social security attorneys get 25% of the settlement. Its a win win situation and your chances of winning are far greater than going it by yourself just to save on paying their fee. Believe me they deserve it, the legal system is brutal and they will send your paperwork back because they need this or that or the corner is bent or hey this is a good one "WE NEVER RECEIVED IT" and YOU have to redo it. The attorneys are THE ONLY WAY TO GO. Without one it could take years but chances are greater with an attorney that it moves along smoothly and they make sure you get any and everything you're entitled too. 💯😊
