Walked in and walked right back out. No one even greeted me when I walked in but greeted the people before and behind me. Four employees and not one can say hello how are you? Terrible customer service.

I have mixed feelings about this Buffalo Exchange. Because it's one of the only consignment shops in the area to buy up front, I think they get some really really nice, in demand gems, like made well jeans, everlane shoes, and beautiful Anthropologie and free people. However, it's a small store and I would definitely echo reviewers who think the selection skews a little young/cheap. The buying philosophy here seems to be to go with the trends, so there are a lot of things like cropped wild fable tops, low to mid-quality trendy looking jeans, cutesy/cheap new items like mushroom printed socks and the like. I do come here now and then and I respect the work that the store does, but it's not my favorite.

got some rly dope stuff here in the past and sometimes you find gold, but most items are overpriced and mid. the cheapest tee i found was $10 and it was absolutely tattered, they had used champion clothes for more than the cost of them new, etc. buffalo exchange is a rich person’s thrift store lol just use depop or sumn

Yes
They practice is excellent 😉
These questions are for the public to answer, so you most likely won't get an answer from one. However I have sold here before. They would possibly buy a graphic design shirt but they would not want an abundance of them. I believe they rotate clothes every two weeks, so they want items that would sell quickly.
Yes they do!
They have rings
Sometimes.
I saw some Merona stuff there and some polyester swim trunks and stuff. I'd say bring it in cuz its worth a try. You wouldn't be far off from what they offer at any rate.
Yes, they talked to my kid about it
Yes they do!
They pay in cash or store credit for trade ins.
It is a second hand store, however the prices can range due to some items being old and vintage. Its definitely affordable and the items they sell that are newer but used are usually in mint condition. Its definitely worth checking out!
Hi Rosemary, we do buy shoes, based on the style and condition. We look for the styles that you may see in the mall and department store currently. We encourage you to bring whatever you may have so that our buyers may take a look. If we're able to buy your shoes, you could receive 30% back in cash or 50% back in store credit of our store price. We hope to see you soon!
Depends on who's buying that day. Other factors include if the buyer decides said items are trendy and hipsteresque enough, if the buyer decides YOU are trendy and hipsteresque enough, and whether or not the buyer has PMS.
