I don't want to talk about the inventory. That is up to the company and during covid everybody have a hard time and most Asian markets are already way better than American ones. However, their customer service is horrible. They don't want to serve customers at all. This is the only place I ask an employee a simple question, the answer I got is ‘that is none of my business, I am busy about my section’. Any other American market you go even when they are busy will at least page someone for you or kindly let you know they are not sure but Guide the direction of people who might know the answer.

This supermarket is not as clean as other choices (H Mart and 99 Ranch) in the area. Some items prices might be better but the shopping experience is not good. The meat and seafood section is dark and soaking wet. The freshness of some frozen food items is suspect because one can feel that some frozen items newly displayed are soft, indicating it had not been kept frozen before. The staff is between indifferent and rude. Restrooms are dirty. Not a top choice for Asian groceries in the area.

One of the best local Asian markets in the bay area. It has a wide variety of Asian snacks, drinks and cooking ingredients. They give you points back after grocery shopping and you can redeem them at the Deli area. Recommend the roasted duck and lunch bentos. But make sure you check expiration dates on the products before you check out (some could expire soon)

First time here. I love their bakery selection. We tried a puff pastry with creme, raspberries & grapes. It was delicious. We tried their garlic onion hotdogs, those were so good. We also bought many types of chips, we loved about 90 percent of them. We purchased a brown sugar boba kit, very good. Great place to check out if you want to try new things.
